We have never heard anyone say that they wish they did not preplan their funeral. In the contrary we hear all the time how much better they feel after planning ahead. While pre-planning is a fairly simple process, the amount of relief and help it provides to those that are left behind is immeasurable. Not only does pre-payment lock pricing at today’s cost and ensure that the funds are available at the time of passing. It also means that the necessary decisions have been made, preventing many difficult emotions and arguments, and providing confidence and certainty about the wishes of a lost loved one. Before you are ready to begin the pre-need process, there are a few things you should know.

Because we are a Life Celebration Home, you should never be afraid to ask for what you want. Even if it seems crazy, we are passionate about meeting both the needs and the wishes of our families. Our goal is to make every Life Celebration as unique and special as the life we are celebrating.

There is a difference between Pre-planning and Pre-Paying. Pre-planning is for those who want to make their wishes clear to their family, as well as anyone that wants to take some of the weight of decision making off the shoulders of their loved ones. However, pre-planning alone does not lock pricing at today’s cost or remove the financial burden from the survivors. Those things can only be achieved through a pre-funded funeral policy. Our pre-funded funeral policies are safe and secure. We follow the best practices recommended by the state of Ohio. Your funds are put into an Irrevocable Insurance or annuity account that will be used only for your pre-paid funeral plan.

Our process is simple. We ask questions about your favorite stories and memories, things that you want to be remembered for, and your passions and hobbies. We discuss services, cemeteries, obituaries, flowers, death certificates, and any other necessary details. We will use photos and videos to help us tell your story, creating an environment for your family and friends that is meaningful and unique to you. No two Life Celebrations are alike, because no two people are.

 A Life Celebration will require your trust. We don’t expect you to give your trust blindly, we have a promise. We guarantee that you and your family will not pay for anything that was not satisfactory. We will spend as much time with you and your family as is needed. We are never secretive and will answer all questions. We guarantee that we will work with any family dynamics. Our goal is to build a relationship with you and your family so we can give you the support you need.
