Steven Paul Fortner

Steven Paul Fortner, age 56 of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 13, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Steven was born in Lorain, Ohio October 26, 1965 to Linda Lou Ford Davis and Paul Fortner. He lived at Northwest Ohio Developmental Center until 2006 when he became a resident at Zeigler Habilitation Homes. Steven loved listening to Rock and Roll and Country Music and will be missed by his roommates and the care givers of Zeigler Habilitation Homes.
