Ronald P. Grzecki

Ronald P. Grzecki, age 69, of Toledo, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio’s Toledo campus. He was born January 13, 1950 to Edwin and Alice (Nowinski) Grzecki in Toledo. A 1968 graduate of Macomber High School, Ron subsequently honorably served his country in the Navy.
As an employee of Hamilton Manufacturing, his vocation was repairing coin operated equipment but away from work, he enjoyed art, woodcarving, motorcycles, classic cars and camping. Ron’s hand-carved sculptures will continue to be treasured keepsakes for those fortunate enough to have received them. His loved ones describe him as funny, kind and compassionate and will truly miss his powerful grin.
Ron’s passing will be mourned by his loving wife, Sheryl; stepsons, John (Jauiece) Stahl, and Michael (Wendi) Stahl; grandchildren, Jake, Bridget, Noah, Madisyn, Alex and Nick; and great grandchildren, Jack and Violet. Also mourning his passing are his sisters, Sue and Theresa Grzecki; niece, Crystal (Andy) Heft; great niece, Winnie Rae Stanley, and great nephew Linden Heft. Ron was preceded in death by both parents, brother, Michael Grzecki and sister, Rita Sharp.
Ron’s Life Celebration will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until his memorial service begins at 11:00 a.m. in Urbanski Funeral Home, A Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio (419) 475-5055.
