Ronald Blake

Ronald M. Blake age 74 of Toledo passed away Thursday January 20, 2022 in his home. Ron was born in Toledo on April 9, 1947 to Lloyd and Clara (Holden) Blake. Ron was a 30-year trackman for the railroad. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys' fan and also enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, and a Michigan Wolverines fan. He was a really great person one that you always could count on. Ron also enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brothers Donnie and Kenny and sister Darlene "Sis" Dempsey. Ron is survived by his wife of 23 years Bonnie, son Ron Frey, step-children Debbie, Shane and Jimmy, 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchild, and siblings Doris (Joe) Clark, Lloyd Blake Jr, Debbie (Wes) Salisbury and Bobbie Sue (Keith) Sterling. Visitation will be in the Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 2907 Lagrange St Toledo, Ohio on Thursday January 27, 2022 from 4:00p.m until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday January 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. followed by burial in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
