Michael William Wagner

Michael William Wagner age 70, of Northwood passed away on Wednesday March 12, 2025, at Northwest Ohio Hospice in Perrysburg. Michael was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 30, 1954, to George and Gladys (O’Leary) Wagner.

He was a graduate of Woodward High School and then went on to get a degree in respiratory therapy. Michael was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and had been employed with St. Charles Hospital for 32 years, before retiring.

Michael enjoyed his time as a respiratory therapist helping people in need, cruising the world making new friends, his weekly breakfast club with friends, and most of all spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Sherry, Tina and George, special niece Lisa and lifelong friend Jimbo. He is survived by his sister Kathy Surprise and many nieces and nephews and special friend Mary Urias.

His family will be receiving friends in the Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd Toledo on Thursday March 20, 2025 from 2:00-8:00 p.m., where funeral services for Michael will be Friday March 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Toledo Memorial Park.
