Cathy Lynn Steele

On Sunday, November 6, 2022, A loving mother and friend Cathy Lynn (Shake) Steele passed away at the age of 63 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Toledo. Cathy was born September 16, 1959, to Donald and Catherine Shake in Ottawa Lake, Michigan with her siblings, Cynthia, Donald Jr., and Daniel Shake. She moved to Louisville, Kentucky to further her career with Ford Motor Company from where she eventually retired. Cathy will be remembered as a fun-loving witty lady. She always knew how to joke around and make people laugh. Cathy loved dogs and always had one by her side. Preceding her in death were her parents Donald and Catherine Shake and children Mandalyn Shake and Drew Steele. She leaves behind her son Eric Steele and countless family and friends.
Cathy’s Life Celebration will be Saturday November 19th from 11 am until the memorial service begins at 1 pm in Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio.
