Jason M. Clark age 43 of Toledo, Ohio passed away suddenly October 1, 2021. Jason was born August 18, 1978 in Toledo to Joel and Doris Clark. He attended Woodward High School and worked at various production jobs in the Toledo area. He will be remembered as a loving father and uncle who was willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed watching Notre Dame Football and the San Francisco 49’s while enjoying a few beers with friends and family.

Surviving are his beloved daughter Brook Page Morgan Clark, mother, Doris Mae Clark and his brother Mark (Kerry) Blake. Also surviving are nieces, Caitlen and Kelsey and nephew, Mark Blake Jr. He was preceded in death by his father Joel Clark and nephew Brandon Thomas Lloyd Blake.

Memorial Services
Visitation will be Friday October 8, 2021 from 2 to 8 pm with the funeral service at 6 pm in Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 2907 Lagrange St. Toledo, Ohio 43623.
