Roxanne Filby age 54 of West Toledo passed away September 21, 2021 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Roxanne was born May 13, 1967 in Toledo to Robert and Connie (Cook) Winterhalter. She was a 1985 graduate of Central Catholic High School where she was a Flag Girl. Roxanne graduated from Bowling Green State University with her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development. She married Craig Filby April 32, 1994 and together they raised their two children. She loved camping at Camp Diclair and lake life at Nettle Lake.

Surviving are her loving husband Craig, daughter Kristin Filby and son Eric Filby, father, Robert (Janet) Winterhalter, brothers Robert (Sandra) Winterhalter and Warren (Angela) Winterhalter. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews along with pets Zoey, Sparty, Creamy and several grandpets.

Memorial Services
Roxanne’s Life Celebration will be held Sunday September 26 from 2pm to 8pm at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, OH. Funeral services will begin Monday at 11am in the funeral home with interment following in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio. The family prefers contributions be made to Make a Wish Foundation.
