Steven Ray Lentz age 48 of North Toledo passed away September 16, 2021 at Bay Park Hospital after battling Covid. Steve was born December 20, 1972 in Toledo to Thomas and Martha (Wilson) Lentz. Steven will be remembered as an avid San Francisco 49s fan and a video game fanatic that loved his children and grandchildren.

Surviving are his children, Veronica Lentz, Steven, Lentz, Makayla Lang-Lentz, Makenzy Lang Lentz and Davon Lang, partner Kassaundra Lang and brothers Tom Lentz and Don Lentz. Preceding him in death were his parents.

Memorial Services
Friends and family may visit Saturday September 25, 2021 from 10 a.m. to noon at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio where his funeral service will begin Saturday at noon with Pastor George Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
