Hilda Mae Schmidt
February/23/1924 - July/6/2021

Hilda Mae Schmidt (Klotz) age 97 of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2021 at the Franciscan Care Center of Sylvania. Hilda was born and raised in Helena, OH and graduated from Gibsonburg High School. Her many loves included travel, reading, gardening, many friends, Grace United Methodist Church, but most of all her family. She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews, cousins and by her best friend since 1964, Gerry Bunte.

Hilda was the mother of Philip (Debbie) Schmidt and Pamela (Robert) Smith, grandmother to Emily Smith, Benjamin (Lauren) Smith and Andrew (Megan) Schmidt. She was also a great grandma to Benji and Charlie Smith.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Floyd and Edna Klotz, husband, Herbert Schmidt and sisters, Irene Tucker and Gladys Paulsen.

Memorial Services
Hilda’s Life Celebration will be Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, OH, where the Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 p.m.
