Joel E. Clark age 78 of Toledo passed away Saturday April 6, 2019 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Joel was born in Fayetteville, TN on March 27, 1941 to James and Ocee (Spurlock) Clark. Joel was a private contractor (concrete work) most of his life. He loved spending time outdoors, fishing and enjoyed his time with his family. Joel loved junking and scrapping. He never passed up a good deal. He collected knives and tools. Joel was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Doris (Blake), children Tammy Sue (Blake) Cluckey, Joel Clark Jr, Jason Clark and Mark (Kerry) Blake, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and brother Danny Clark.

Memorial Services
The family will be receiving friends in the Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 2907 Lagrange St Toledo, Ohio on Thursday April 11, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m, where funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
